DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GARMENTS
Shipping back the items in regular post with tracking number. We will refund the shipping to you.
Pieces should not be worn, no trace of skin or cream and all original package and tags.
EXCHANGES & CREDITS
There are no refunds offered on purchases unless damaged via shipping. If your package has arrived with a damaged item please take a photo of the damaged item AND the damaged packaging - this is needed to make an insurance claim.
Exchange or store credit only - within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must not have been worn or have any signs of wear and all labels on AND A TRACKING NUMBER. We will refund the shipping cost.
All packages are shipped insured & a tracking number Xpresspost, for CANADA & USA.
Europe and other locations are send via regular shipping and are not insured, lost are not refunded.

Sizing details
If you need other size that are offered, please let me know your mensuration and i'll cut and sew just for you. See the section ''how to measure''. An extra fee's of 15$ will be asked, but you'll get what you want.
